Our Mission is to provide reliable service and value-based solutions to projects. Walsh Engineering is a family owned and operated full service civil engineering firm focused on efficient design of land development and infrastructure projects. Daily, our team recognizes the importance of teamwork to deliver successful projects on time and on budget. Our most important value is our continuous pursuit of the “WE” before “ME” philosophy of teamwork to assure the success of our clients. Who WE Are
Matt Walsh, PE, QSD/P
Principal Engineer
Matt provides reliable service to clients, which cultivates lasting partnerships in the industry. He has developed a strong foundation in a broad scope of civil engineering services. Matt is able to take a lead role in entitlements and construction permitting while facilitating approvals from multiple governing agencies simultaneously. Aside from engineering, he enjoys playing sports and exploring the great outdoors with his wife and three kids.
Katie Walsh
Principal Operations Manager
Katie has acquired a strong background in business operations throughout her career. Katie works closely with client teams serving them with seamless communication, reliable service, and outside of the box thinking to provide a collaborative partnership experience. Outside of business, Katie is a traveler, DIYer, novice tennis player, mother of three, wife, aunt, daughter, and sister by life.
Kyle Genevey
Associate Project Engineer
Kyle implements a solid understanding of construction practices while working with contractors, sub-contractors and permitting agencies. He carries a degree in Civil Engineering from Cal Poly State University. Kyle is well versed in project design and development while assisting clients with the civil engineering scope of work. Out of the office, Kyle enjoys playing soccer, mountain biking, golfing, eating and spending time with friends and family.”
Dante Pecchenino
Project Engineer
Having worked for construction companies on agricultural and civil sites, Dante is familiar to the world of construction. Dante applies the knowledge he has gained from this work and his education to design project sites that meet the customer’s needs. He graduated from Cal Poly with a degree in BioResource and Agricultural Engineering. Apart from the office, Dante enjoys sports, snowboarding, BBQing/good food, and having fun with friends and family!
